10 Acts, 10 minutes each

Life is short, but not too short for the return of one of the area's most rollicking and unique entertainment destinations. The Bloomington Short List is back for a monthly showcase of attention-span challenged talent beginning Oct. 17 at Bloomington Elks Lodge, 400 N. Walnut St. 

Mission Statement

Designed to offer as much diverse and quality entertainment as possible, The Short List, provides an intimate, friendly, fast-paced presentation of ten,10-minute acts featuring music, theater, comedy, dancing -- and a whole lot more. Performers will showcase Bloomington’s vast array of established and aspiring talent in an informal live cabaret setting.  The all-ages event will run indefinitely on the third Saturday of the month at Bloomington Elks Lodge #446. Admission is free!

Now, let the fun begin...

Among the guests slated for the opener are popular musicians David Davila Gonzalez and Joe Strunk; the Baila! Baila! flamenco dancers; and celebrated storyteller Tom Roznowski.  Steve Philbeck of WFHB Radio will be the host.
